Chocolate Truffles - Using chocolate with 100% cocoa butter together with our own uniquely special recipe we create a luxuriously smooth and creamy truffle of the highest quality.
Vanilla Truffle - Real vanilla added to the ganache before being hand dipped in white chocolate.
Champagne Truffle - Marc De Champagne mixed with our ganache and then enrobed by hand in milk couverture.
